2006 Toyota 4Runner Brake Controller Install Port Location

Question:
I found the taped up connector, however, there are two white connector blocks taped up, one is wider than the other.. which one do I use and what is the other one for? Thanks.

I attached a picture that shows which connector to use as well as an install video that shows the # 3040-P being used to install a brake controller in a similar 2004 4Runner.
