Curt T-Connector Wiring Harness Installation on 2016 Ford Transit T150

Question:
I just bought a new hitch and 4-pole wiring harness for my 2016 Ford T-150 van from your company and watched the video showing how to install the trailer light harness but the van being shown did NOT have any shelves installed in it and the guy was showing how to remove the black panels to run the main power lead through the wall to the battery under the driver seat. My van is fully shelved and those panels cant be taken off. Any other suggestions on routing that power lead to the battery?...Thanks

I did some research on the engine compartment of your 2016 Ford Transit 150 and there are actually a couple of ways you can install the Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness # C56327. The installation video you referenced where the side wall panels were removed in order to route the power wire to the battery under the driver's seat is one method.
Since you are unable to remove the wall panels in your vehicle, I instead recommend running the power wire out and along the underside of the Transit and then back up into the engine compartment, where you can make the necessary positive terminal connection. I have included a different installation video for you to watch where this method is used on a Transit 250, but the process should be very similar to your 150.
