The correct harness to use on your 2006 Holiday Rambler that is built on the Ford F-53 Chassis is the part # 3034-P for installing a Tekonsha brake controller. The port to plug in a brake controller is up under the dash behind the instrument cluster. It is not easy to get to but it is there. Ford has a document Q-206 with pictures that should help that is available online. I attached a picture from it that should help as well.
For a brake controller I would recommend the Prodigy P2 Brake Controller part # 90885. This is our best selling brake controller because of how well it works and how easy it is to setup.
