Question:
Hi I am looking at buying 4 new electric trailer brakes. My trailer is a 2003 pace setter steel horse trailer gooseneck with 3500lb axles. It has 15inch rims and Im almost positive 10inch electric brakes not sure how to know for sure? I was wondering if you can tell me a definite way to make sure I buy the correct product? I could send Vin # or something if that would help. Thanks

All of our brake assemblies for 3500 lb axles are 10 inch by 2-1/4 inch. This is industry standard size, so I would be surprised if you have a different measurement, but you can grap a tape measure and check. The next size up is 12 inch and the next size down is 7 inch.
For you application, I recommend the Electric Trailer Brake Assembly - Self-Adjusting - 10" - Right Hand # AKEBRK-35R-SA and the left hand assembly # AKEBRK-35L-SA. If you want new mounting hardware, you can use # BIK-00. These brake assemblies will only need adjustment at the initial installation, and after that will self-adjust to ensure proper braking function.
