Hello, we have a fantastic vent model 6600 and 6600R w/417 remote. The lid will open but the fan will not come on, could it be the remote? If so do you sell them and also the cost. We are in Arizona. Thanks.

We do offer a Fan-Tastic Vent with both powered lid lift and remote control features, part # FV807350. Since your remote works to operate the lid lift feature you may simply have the fan thermostat at a setting that does not cause the fan to operate. This fan has 13 different control settings that let the fan come on only when required by your chosen setting.

If you do find you need a new remote then you can use part # FV9068-09 (black) or # FV9068-81 (white).
