for a Fiat 500 which hitch would you recommend. I am not concerned about installation ease, more longevity and sturdiness Thank You

For your 2012 Fiat 500, (excluding the Abarth), I recommend the Curt # C11363. This Curt hitch would work great for towing or bike racks or cargo carriers.

If you will be doing some towing (check your owner's manual first because the online copy I read said towing is not allowed).

If you want to use the hitch for an accessory such as a bike rack or cargo carrier then you have to make sure the accessory is rated for use with a Class I trailer hitch. Also, with a bike rack, you are limited to 2 bikes maximum on a Class I hitch. I have linked the Class I compatible 2-bike racks and cargo carriers for you.
