Thank you for taking the measurements to ensure we get you the correct parts to protect you and your horses. Based on your measurements, you came up with excellent options that I can confirm are a fit.
For your hub and drum assemblies, you will want the Trailer Hub and Drum Assembly - 7,000-lb E-Z Lube Axles - 12" Diameter - 8 on 6-1/2, # AKHD-865-7-2-EZ-K. This will come with all of the bearings and seals, but not the grease. I recommend using the LubriMatic Mini Grease Gun Kit with Multi-Purpose Grease # L30132 if you don't already have one. You will need to pack the bearings before installing them and I've attached a video to help.
For your brake assemblies, you will want the Electric Trailer Brake Assembly - Self-Adjusting - 12" - Right Hand - 5,200 lbs to 7,000 lbs, # AKEBRK-7R-SA for the two right side spindles and the # AKEBRK-7L-SA for the 2 left side spindles. These brake assemblies only need to be adjusted when first installed and then will self-adjust from that point.
This will get you set to travel safely. Let me know if you need anything else.
