A Companion fifth wheel hitch has to be used with a B and W Turnoverball gooseneck hitch and cannot be used with a Curt like the one you referenced. For your 2002 Ford F-Series Super Duty you would want to use the gooseneck hitch part # BWGNRK1108-5W so that you could use a slider Companion like part # BWRVK3500.
