The first thing that you are going to want to get is a tow bar that will be able to properly handle your Jeep Wrangler's weight. The Demco Commander II # DM9511012 is an excellent choice for a tow bar and it comes with safety cables so that is one less thing that you have to worry about getting. You will want to make sure that you keep your tow bar as level as possible while towing. To do this, I recommend using a high-low adapter, like part # RM-076. I have attached an article that will give you a little more insight about high-low adapters.

The next thing to look into would be a proper base plate kit. The Demco kit # DM9519292 that you referenced is a great choice for your Jeep. It does not require welding to install, and it has a nice clean look when you are not towing your Wrangler.

You will also want to install some wiring for your tail lights on your Jeep. Hopkins has a Custom Tail Light Wiring Kit # HM56200 that I recommend using. This kit plugs directly into your light socket so there is no need for drilling or splicing into your tail light which could void your warranty. Once installed it is very easy to use and has a nice clean look. If your RV has a 7-way connection then you will want to use the Coiled Adapter # 787196 to make sure that all of your wiring will fit together.

The last thing that you will need to get is a portable braking system. I recommend using the Roadmaster Even Brake # RM-9400 for this job. A portable braking system will act much like a brake controller does for a trailer. It will engage your Wrangler's brakes when you apply pressure to the brake pedal on your RV. You will also need the 12 Volt Outlet Kit # RM-9332 to power it.

I have also included some demonstration videos and a helpful link for you as well.
