Hello, does this specific kit require a washer between the nut and bearing? I bought a complete kit axle, hub, etc but it did not come with a washer. If it does, can you tell me which exact one fits this exact set up? Thank you.

Yes, spindle washers are to be used except in a rare occasion where they will not fit. However, the Dexter Trailer Axle with Idler Hubs # 20440I-ST-72 does not come with washer. You will need part # SW1000.
