I believe I will need an 8 X 30mm flathead screw to attach this to my rear mounted Thule Aero 2. Does the replacement part come with the screw?

The Replacement 2" Hitch Adapter for Thule Helium Aero 2- and 3-Bike Carriers, # TH8523185001 does not come with the screw as you mentioned. I reached out to my contact at Thule to make sure you get the right part and it is Replacement Cap Screw for Thule Apex 2" Adaptor, # 852-3136-001.
