Are the tow racks and O track the same size? Can you interchange the removable mounting points?

The Tow-Rax system is compatible with the Erickson O-Track System and vice versa. The weight capacities/restrictions are based on the attachments themselves, so those individual capacities are what you will want to pay attention to when interchanging the products.
For example the Tow-Rax Low-Profile Floor Track for Tie-Down Anchors - Aluminum - 6' Long - Machined - Qty 1, # TWSP72TA, can use an Erickson Anchor Ring for Erickson O-Track Cargo Control System, # EM59132, but you would be limited to the attachment's capacity of straight pull-2,200 lbs and side pull-1,750 lbs.
