What is the interior and exterior dimentions of the pipe? 1 1/2 1 1/4

The inner diameter of the expanded ends of the part # CAM44812 is 1.53 inches and the outer diameter of the non expanded end is 1.51 inches. So basically this setup is designed to either slip into a 1-1/2 inch pipe or slip over a 1-1/2 inch pipe.
