There are a few things to look at that could be your issue. Since your batteries are fully charged, I would suggest looking at it piece by piece. To get you proper parts, I need to know the manufacturer of the landing gear and any info about the trailer you can give me. In the meantime, have you attempted to adjust the legs with the manual crank? If that works, some of the possible issues may be weeded out.
Start by disconnecting your motor from the gear box. Run your motor for any issues. If there are no issues there, then the gear box would be the first thing that is often the issue as the clicking may be gears that have worn. Before buying a new gearbox, I would inspect the legs of the landing gear which is normally just removing a few hex screws to view the bevel gears and pins within the tops of the legs for wear and malfunction. There is also a screw that runs the length of the leg with a mounted nut, and that could also be the issue if the threads have worn. To remove the main screw, you will have to remove the bevel gears and pins in the top of the leg that secure the top of the main screw.
So, 4 things to check...motor, gearbox, leg mechanics, and leg screw/nut. We do carry these parts for Lippert, Bulldog, and Atwood landing gear.
