Reese Elite Made their puck system to match the the OEM version, you can use Replacement Puck Plug Covers for Elite and Signature Series Fifth Wheel Rails part # 58199 to cover the holes. You will need Rubber Hole Cover for Reese Elite Series Under-Bed Gooseneck Trailer Hitch part # RP30136 for the Gooseneck hole.
