Is the Swagman XTC4 Rated for Use on a Motorhome

this rack is listed under rv hitches, but I dont see rv rated anywhere.

The Swagman XTC4 # S64665 has been rated for use by the manufacturer for use on the back of a motorhome, but not on travel trailers, 5th wheel trailers, or flat towed vehicles. This is because on a Class A or Class C RV/Motorhome the amount of movement is much less severe and is comparable to that of traveling on a normal passenger vehicle.
I've added a photo of the product page where it has these specifications, but it's very easy to miss.
