Perfect fit for my Infiniti G37x. Installation was easy and the custom foot pads aligned perfectly with the roof contours of the Infiniti. Installed two bike racks for hauling my bikes to race events and trailheads and I have 100% confidence in the stability of the base rack. There is some wind noise above 40 mph, but that is to be expected and is certainly not excessive. For the price, this an excellent purchase.
I had to wait for over a month after I ordered my roof rack because it was out of stock. However, once they had my item in stock, it took only a couple of days to be delivered. I’ve wanted a roof rack and kayak hookup for years, but I’ve been turned away because of the ridiculous prices of Yakima and Thule. But I am thankful that I found this website and how there is an affordable alternative when it comes to purchasing roof racks.
These racks fit perfect very easy to install.Bailey was great she was great to work with. She assured me that they had the product and it would be shipped out by the end of the day. I placed the order on 8/3/22 and received it on 8/6/22!

The bars could be longer because you cannot attach two sets of attachments, otherwise they are fine
The roof rack itself is fine, the instructions to fit it are not that easy to follow. Once the details of the installation process were sorted out, it was not hard to fit and fits very well.
Great product easy to assemble easy to understand. Exactly what I needed for hauling my kayaks.
Pretty easy to install, solid product. It is loud on the highway, but I found a hack on [online] - wrap bungee cords around the bars, and it breaks up the wind so it doesn't whistle! Works wonders for a few bucks...

I do have another solution to offer to reduce the whistle caused by the wind. You can also use a fairing like part # INA262 with the front cross bar.

Awesome product. I’ve been looking for a while to find custom fit roof racks for my 2010 Dodge Caliber. the dealership told me I would have to drill them right to my car and the labour would’ve cost me a fortune. I’m so extremely happy that I found etrailer that had exactly what I was looking for! No drilling, and no hassle! The instructions were easy to follow and the assembly went smoothly ! Really solid bars and end caps, not much more to say!
I'm very happy with the purchase. I wasn't sure about spending this much money on something that might not work well. After using it, I'd gladly purchase again for a different car.
Fit well on my car, was very solid and secure. Did not do any damage to the paint on my roof.
Installation is pretty easy - be sure to watch the video and follow the instructions for measurements to set bases to. I could see it being a nightmare to install without those measurements.
The kit also comes with a tightening handle that has a built in torque setting. It's not shown in the video, but a good idea to use so you're sure everything is tightened properly.
Fuel economy suffers about 10-15% with the racks on - even empty. I take them off when I don't need them. I marked the bottom surface of the bars with a paint marker so I know where to put the bases when I put them back on. I also painted on the measurements from the door post so it's easier to reinstall.
Also, an item was missing from the box. etrailer customer service was fantastic about getting me a replacement part.

I’ve had this roof rack for over a year now, and I absolutely love it. If I buy a different car, I’ll be buying a matching rack. As mentioned in my first review, it’sa good idea to paint the mounting dimensions on the bottom of the bar, so you know where to put it every time you put it on without having to reference the manual. I’ve used the rack now for a couple of dozen camping trips, it goes on and off in a few minutes and is very secure on the car. It hasn’t left any marks or scratches when I take it off. I couldn’t be happier.
Installation is easy. Just follow directions. Front bar parts are different than rear bar parts so you need to look at part numbers and use in correct location. Rack is only rated for 100 pounds but looks and feels much stronger than rating. As noted square bars do create lot of wind noise when driving. Purchase this product to carry my Canoe and it does that at almost $200 less than other rack systems on market. For me the square bars are better fit with ratchet straps to hold Canoe down. Hard to find ratchet strap with hook to fit areo bars.
Dislike. No way to level square bars. With car on level ground high point to high point on bars is level. But each bar is off by 1/8" front to back. Wish they were round bars.

Great product. Easy to install. This is one of three parts needed for a complete roof rack installation. Here is a photo of the finished installation on my 2015 Acura TLX sedan.
We needed a set of crossbars for our vehicle and read many reviews of other brands before finding this product. We like the bars and the installation of them. We needed something trustworthy to accomodate our rooftop tent and this fit our needs. We experienced excellent customer service!

Great cross bars to replace the rusty original cross bars this vintage Thule rack. Classic cars require these old style racks and many are 30+ years old and great to be able to give new life to an old rack system.
I followed directions and the rack went on without a hitch. The measuring tape provided was a bit confusing but my tape measure did just fine. It pays to watch for any movement of the stays as you tighten them. It fit perfectly. I was impressed with the quality of the unit. The torque wrench provided was a nice bonus. I attached a boat rack for my rowing shell and I’m confident it will be safe all the way to the water.
Got it for a 2006 Toyota Prius. Overall a great purchase. It was sturdy and never had any major issues. I would 100% recommend getting the locks.
I almost gave it 4 stars for one reason. If you put it on as the instructions tell you to, it whistles really loud. It just takes a bunch of small iterations and quick drives down the street to find out if it stopped making noise. Other than that, great purchase.

You can also add on a fairing part # INA262 which helps to move the air up and over the bars which cuts down on the whistling effect.
Just installed the etrailer inno square load bars on my 4Runner. I also purchased the Round/square Crossbar Fit Kit .
Looks great and mounted easily to my Prinsu Rack.
The roof racks have been great. I've used them with j-hooks and rear loading slider type pads. They are easy to install/remove. In the picture is my 17ft long sea kayak that stayed secure and safe on a 6 hour journey in high winds using the racks.
So far so good! Was fairly easy to install. I will say the straps that came with it are not quite long enough for my kayak’s. Not an issue for me though. Overall I am definitely satisfied and would recommend for anyone that needs a rack for kayaks.

For a roof with no mounts, this is a perfect choice!
The fitment selected for me by etrailer.com for my 2012 Ford Escape was perfect. The Inno Rack System is easy to install (made easier by the use of etrailer.com's instruction video links).
I chose the square bar fitment because I prefer the look over the various "aerodynamic designs", while I prefer the look over others, a wind fairing will prove to eliminate the very hint of sound that does emanate into the cabin.
If you are looking for a Clamp mounted system that requires zero modification/easily removabl this is the system for you.
Ordered a full (naked) roof rack package with snowboard/ski attachment. Items arrived as described. Set-up was simple and flawless. Instructions are fairly clear & simple. A paper tape measure is included. No issues with fitment.Purchased the fairing to reduce wind noise and it works perfect! No excessive wind noise whatsoever -- can open sunroof comfortably if I wanted to. Have not yet put my snowboards inthe attachment yet, but do not foresee any issues. Roof rack is on a 2015 Infiniti Q40 (G37 sedan 2009-2015).

1 year later and the product is great! Was able to transport up to 4 snowboard with bindings on via the attachment. Super convenient & sturdy. No issues to date.

It has been great, I have carried my kayaks many times in complete safety. One think Id like to see is a way to secure the rubber feet to the brackets, so that they dont fall off and get lost when storing the rack off the car and hanging up in the garage?
