Will landing gear set # RVL-8000 will a 2004 Keystone Everest 5 TH wheel 291 L measurements are 17 1/2 outside to outside of weld stops

The Landing Gear Kit part # RVLG-8000 that you referenced is a fit for your 2004 Keystone Everest. This kit is designed to fit trailers with weld stops that are 17-1/2 inches apart from each other measured on the outsides of the stops.
