Can I put a St 205 -75 R14 to replace a St 215-75R14? Thanks

Yes, the narrower ST205-75R14 tire will fit in place of an ST215-75R14, It is important for all of the trailer tires to be the same size and construction type (bias ply or radial). Using different sizes can cause tracking problems and lead to premature and/or uneven tire wear. Ideally you would replace all of the tires at the same time.

There is a difference in width for the ST215-75R14 (8.4") # AM10234 and the ST205-75R14 (7.8") ex: # AM1ST86.

You can replace all tires with the ST205-75R14, if it accommodates your rim size and trailer capacity.
