I have a 2009 stratos boat trailer I measured patern and is 4 on 4.5 my concern is the center hole will it fit

Did you mean to type 5 on 4-1/2 inch? As that is a very common bolt pattern and 4 on 4-1/2 inch would not be one that would be seen on a trailer.

The wheel part # AM22329 that you referenced has a 5 on 4-1/2 inch bolt pattern and a pilot diameter (center hole diameter) of 3.19 inches. I can't imagine this wheel not fitting your hub but you can measure the snout of your hub to verify.
