What Height/Angle Should a Tow Bar be At When Flat Towing

Question:

is there a certain angle are height the tow bar should be at during towing? I have two bars that have bent when turning into a parking lot with a dip in drive. we are using the acclaim tow bar system on a Toyota Tacoma access truck. thanks look forward to hearing back.

Basically you want the tow bar to set as level as possible when flat towing. You have 3 inches up and down that is considered safe. Check out the picture I attached that shows what I mean.

I also attached a help article that covers how to pick out the correct high-low adapter to allow the tow bar to sit level.
