Question:

I cant find equalizer with 5/8 canter hole and 9/16 ends

We do not have any equalizers with the dimensions you mentioned.

From the looks of the photo you sent it appears the hole may be elongated and you may be able to use an equalizer that has all of the holes at 9/16-inch like part # TREQ356, or with a center hole that measures 3/4 inch like part # TREQ458.

You will need to measure the equalizer length and height as well as the holes like the attached drawing shows to find the correct replacement.

It looks like the shackles and bolts need to be replaced as well. You may want to check the spring hangers on the trailer and consider replacing those as well.
