What is Difference Between Kodaguard and Dacromet Coated 3,500 lb Kodiak Disc Brake Kits

Good morning C/S Can you please explain the difference between your part numbers KOD59FR and KOD67FR. Thanks for your help.

Hey Scott, the difference between the Kodiak disc brake systems part # KOD59FR and # KOD67FR is the coating that is on the calipers. The part # KOD59FR has a Kodaguard coating on the caliper whereas the part # KOD67FR has a Dacromet coating like the rest of the kit.
The Kodaguard option is the way to go though as it offers about twice as much corrosion resistance than Dacromet.
Aside from that both of these are for 3,500 lb trailer axles and have a 5 on 4-1/2 inch bolt pattern. If you have any other questions let me know!
