already have ses for this truck standard height added 4inch lift...what size spacers and how many for these to work properly

The original kit that you have # TFR1504D for your 2013 Ford F-150 should have come with a couple of spacers so then you would need three of the 1 inch spacers per side for a total of 6 spacers, # A25723-90AH00. That will equal to 4 additional inches to match the lift you have on the truck. You will need to source longer bolts locally to compensate for the increased height.
