What is the suggested hardware for mounting the CE31013G winch stand and what are the top holes on the bottom of the mount for ?

To mount the CE Smith Winch Stand # CE31013G on a trailer requires you to slip the lower portion with the holes drilled through it over the pole tongue of your trailer. The various holes are there to allow you to match the correct height and angle that the trailer calls for.

I attached a picture of a similar product that uses basically the same style of attachment to help you visualize how the stand would mount.

You would need to provide nuts and bolts that would be long enough to pass through the holes.
