The mounting holes on the bottom of the CE Smith Galvanized Winch Stand # CE31013G measure 7/16-inch. Please refer to the linked photo. This 30-inch tall winch stand is made of 12-gauge steel and is intended for 2-inch trailer tongues. It is USA-made.
