Keep your boat's bow away from your winch and in line with it while you are trailering. The bracket accepts any 3" to 4" bow roller or Y-stop. 11-Gauge pre-galvanized steel can be painted to match your trailer.

Pre-Galvanized Steel
Pre-galvanized steel parts are stamped from a sheet of steel after it has already been galvanized. The edges of the pre-galvanized parts often lose their zinc coating during the stamping process. Because of the thinness of the coating (less than 1 mil) and the fact that the edges remain exposed, pre-galvanized parts can begin to oxidize and rust quickly, so it's recommended that they be primed and painted.

Etrailer was the only place that I found the bow stop bracket I needed for my jon boat. The price was reasonable and shipping was fast. I would recommend etrailer to others for sure.
Used this for the bow roller for a 12' aluminum boat. This works well, but at higher freeway speeds, this allows swaying of the bow. It could use a little more stiffness.
A good quality item arrived in timely fashion and is doing exactly what it is supposed to, supporting the bow of my boat from the winch post

I have a 35+ plus year old shorelander boat trailer. I had recently purchased a 12 foot tracker flat bottom Jon boat. The problem I had was trying to fit my new tracker flat front boat to my old bow stop. My old bow stop is V shaped. I found a bow stop from etrailer for flat front Jon boats but it did not fit the bracket on my old trailer. I did a little research on this site and found the perfect solution. The solution was a wider mounting bracket to hold the new bow stop. The bow stop is a Yates 3 inch wide. My old bow stop was a Yates 2 inch V. The bracket is very universal for older trailers. etrailer is the only company I could find that offered this product. The prices are great and the shipping is good. I have also purchased new axle mounting plates and leaf spring bushings from here for the same trailer and they fit like a glove. The axle mounting plates and bushings are made by the same people as the bow stop bracket which is CE Smith. Thank you etrailer! I will be a continued customer!
I bought this bow roller mounting bracket to replace an older bracket that did not fit my new set-up. The new bracket fits perfectly. It was delivered well ahead of the projected delivery date.

The bracket seems to be working fine. No problems
This bracket worked out perfectly for my installation. I mounted it below the winch for two reasons: it is too narrow for the winch I already had, and the bow stop needed to be positioned below the winch attachment point on the boat (the front boat handle).

Pretty well. The galvanizing is beginning to show some rust on the top edge, but the flat faces are rust free. I will probably touch it up with some cold galvanizing.
The product is good. It’s just a little long for my purposes so I’m gonna cut it down, but it is good quality.
Great for PWCs and fishing boats but probably a bit lightweight for larger boats. Works well on my Sea Doo trailer. I was going to make my own, but for what I could buy the material for, I was able to buy two of these. Bottom line, I'd buy these again for what I'm using them for.

Still working great after a year! Theres no rust or deflection in the bracket. Sure was a lot easier than making my own!

Worked well for my 1200cc jetski trailer. I felt that it could be stronger for the angle at which I was forced to mount it, but as long as I do not overload it there have been no issues.
This product is described as “ Pre-Galvanized Steel”. This product was installed on my trailer and sat in the garage without use for three months after I prototype. It rusted significantly and the finish came off. Etrailer refused to take it back. I called CE Smith and they sent me a new one. It did not rust as bad as the first one. I ended up sanding and painting it. I only use the product in fresh water and it is stored in my garage. Make sure to inspect this product when you get it and keep an eye on it.
