I did some checking and Draw-Tite front trailer hitch # 65001 will fit RV cutaway models of the 2003 Ford E-450 van. This also would include ambulance models that have the same front end as the van but a different body.

As for a rear hitch there are no confirmed fits for ambulance models. Ambulances often have lower bodies at the back to make loading and unloading patients easier. The best option I can offer is a heavy duty weld-on hitch such as # 41990 with brackets # 4907 or # 4916. Installation should be done by a qualified professional welder.
