What Hanger Spacing Should be Used on a Trailer with 27 inch Long Leaf Spring

Question:
On my boat trailer my mounts are at 25 and three quarter inches from Center hole to Center hole on my leaf springs I have 27 inches from Center to Center is this correct I am not the original owner and I dont know if the original owner may be changed them and installed the wrong size on

For a 27 inch long spring like the part # PR427 the correct hanger spacing is 25-3/4 inches like you mentioned. Sounds like your trailer is set up properly.
