Will Air Lift Suspension Enhancement System Increase Tongue Weight Capacity On 2015 Toyota Sienna
Updated 05/04/2016 | Published 05/03/2016 >
Question:
will these 2015 Toyota Sienna Air Lift AirLift 1000 Air Helper Springs for Coil Springs - Rear increase the tongue weight rating? Seems most of the hitches are rated for 300-350 tongue wieght, while the racks themselves are rated for 450-600 lbs. Considering the ROLA folding cargo carrier but wanting to eliminate sag and improve tongue weight as the unit is around 75 pounds which would the loadable weight down to 275 rather than the rated 500. thought these might help solve both problems. PS I dont intend to load it down to the max but will have 4 adults and two kids so just trying to make more room inside the vehicle. thanks

Using a suspension enhancement system like the AirLift 1000 Air Helper Springs, part # AL60732 will not increase the load-carrying or tongue weight capacity of your 2015 Sienna. These are designed to help cushion heavy loads and help keep the vehicle level.
This air pressure in this system can be adjusted between 5 psi and 35 psi. This system will give you up to 1,000-lbs of support and help prolong the suspension of your Sienna.
If you want to be able to adjust the level of air pressure for this system I recommend part # AL25852. This air compressor system lets you monitor and adjust the air pressure in the helper springs from the comfort of your driver seat. This is a dual-path system that lets you adjust the springs independently.
