Does it Matter Which Side of the Trailer a Friction Sway Control Unit is Installed On

Question:
Im looking at #83660 friction sway bar. Does it matter if the sway bar is on the right or left side ? I know this one is on the left.

It doesn't matter which side a friction sway control unit like the part # 83660 is installed on. It will perform the exact same regardless. This comes set up to be used on the passenger side but you could pretty easily use it on the other side of the trailer by removing the inner piece, rotating it 180 degrees and then reinserting it.
