The Swagman XC 2-Bike Rack # S64650 weighs 25 pounds and has a shipping weight of 29 pounds.
The overall width of the rack is 56 inches wide, and it can accommodate bikes with wheel bases up to 51-1/2 inches.
The ratcheting upright measures 29 inches tall from the center of the bracket to the end cap and 26 inches from the top of the bracket to the end cap.
The shank has a 4 inch rise and will fit in both 1-1/4 inch or 2 inch trailer hitch receivers. The distance from the center of the hitch pin to the edge of the first wheel hoop is 10-1/2 inches.
I have attached a photo showing these measurements for you. I have also attached a review video of this bike rack on a similar vehicle as your X3.
