The best option for getting a replacement nutsert for the DeeZee part # DZ43203 that you referenced is with the replacement bracket kit part # BKT43301 which includes the nutsert and a few other replacement parts since just the nutsert is not available by itself.

For the DeeZee tailgate assist we have the replacement hardware kit part #BKT43301 that comes with the new bolt you are looking for plus a few other things that you could keep as replacement parts.
