Which black or gray cover will fit P205/70B14 I am measuring about 25inch across

Like you said a 205/70-14 tire is a little over 25 inches in diameter (about 25-3/8 inches). For a black cover I recommend # CAM45259. This cover will be slightly larger than 25-3/8 inches but it is better to have one that is slightly too large because it will still fit whereas one that is slightly too small that won't fit at all.
