We have a great option for tire covers in black for a ST175/80R13 trailer tire like the Karrier ST175/80R13 Radial Trailer Tire # AM10210, which are just over 24 inches in diameter and 7 inches wide.
For multiple tires I highly recommend the SnapRing TireSavers Tire Covers # ST7000BK.
These tire covers fit very snugly around the tire with a snap-ring so you only have to slide it over your tire and it will snap into place. This makes it super easy to cover your tires whenever you like and the black vinyl will offer them superb protection against the elements.
The SnapRing only come in pairs so if you just need a cover for a spare tire I recommend the CE Smith Spare Tire Cover # CE27420.
