Specs:
Camping is all about getting some much needed rest and relaxation, but you should give your RV or camper the same treatment when it's not in use. Covers play a crucial role in protecting your camper tires from UV rays and other deteriorating effects. During the manufacturing process, many waxes and protective compounds are mixed with the tire to keep the rubber fresh and pliable for many years of use. Over the natural lifespan of the tire, these various substances work their way out of the rubber, eventually leading to aged and dried out tires that need replacing. Prolonged periods of disuse and exposure to the elements can significantly accelerate the aging process. Recreational vehicles are at a heightened risk of this occurring simply due to their nature of heavy use followed by extended time remaining parked outdoors. Using a high-quality cover over your parked trailer's tires can hinder this process, ensuring you will not have to replace your camper's tires prematurely.

At the end of the second year, the cover was still protecting the tire, the elastic was still good but the white vinyl was cracking and starting to peak. Considering that it was a $20 cover, I thought it lasted a reasonable length of time, considering what the Texas sun can do to almost anything. I replaced it with another Camco cover.

Still looks like new! Luckily, the trailer is kept inside now, so no worries. Have had the trailer out on the road a few times, and cover stays on well. I need to update the trailer to match the awesome tire cover : Im impressed that etrailer followed up a year later! Will call them again if a need arises.
