Question:
I have a 1993 Ford E350, 24 ft. Tioga arrow class c with LT225/75 R16 load range E tires. What tire chains do you recommend. These will be for emergence, short distance use only. Thank you.

We have many different chains available for the 225/75-16 tires on your Class C motorhome.
If you're just wanting something bare-bones without all the bells and whistles, the Titan Chain V Bar Link tire chains # TC2819CAM would work well for you. The V bar chain links will bite into snow and ice, providing great traction. If you went that route, I'd also recommend tensioners like part # TCMA2.
If you'd like something that's easier to install and remove, the Thule XG12 Self Tensioning Chains, part # TH01594245 would be an excellent choice. The chains couldn't be easier to install. Simply loop them over the tire and drive off. The chains will center and tension themselves as the wheel spins.
Cable type traction devices like the # PW1046 you mentioned are at a nice price point, but they only have a 90 day warranty. If you expect to find yourself in a situation where you need to use the chains more than once or twice, they probably wouldn't be the best choice. These aren't the right size for your tires, so if you wanted to use cables, part # TC2019 would fit.
