Trailer wiring harness # 119250KIT doesn't have vehicle specific installation instructions so you have to test the vehicle wiring using the included circuit tester to make sure you are connecting its wires to the proper vehicle wire.
Since your 2016 Audi Q5s has a multiplex wiring system it can take some trial and error to test and find the right wires, but it does not require splicing to attach.
On your vehicle the brake lights and tail lights operate on the same wire. So you would ground the white wire, yellow connects to the left turn signal only wire, green to the right turn signal only wire, and red to the combined brake/tail light wire. The brown wire is not used and should be grounded with the white wire. Make sure the ground location is bare metal; no paint or coating.
