I have a Demco Kar Kaddy 3 tow dolly. It uses a Demco 03528 tire tie down strap. Are the Wheel Net for Ultra Tow Dolly 14inch to 16inch Rims 5,000# straps a replacement for the Demco 03 528s? Does the Wheel Net come with a buckle?

I spoke with my contact at Demco and they offer three different sizes for the replacement wheel straps for their Kar Kaddy.
For standard you would want the # DM03528, for small # DM03528-81 and for large # DM03528-93.
It sounds like you are looking for the standard size part # DM03528.
