Will Yakima cargo boxes work around these bars?

Yes, Yakima cargo boxes like the SkyBox # Y07337 fit the Thule ladder rack # TH500XT-Xk3.
The hardware can accommodate a bar that is 3-1/2 inches wide which is what the Xsporter bars on the ladder rack are.
