Tire Chain Recommendation for a 2014 Chevy Tahoe with LT285/65 R18 Tire Size

Question:
I have a 2014 Chevy Tahoe 4x4 with oversized tires: LT 285/65 R18. What type of snow chains should I use? Also do I need them on all 4 tires or can I get away with just one pair? I understand the fact that they should go on the drive axle of the vehicle however having a 4x4 is it safe to say the rear axle if only using one set? Thanks

The Titan Chains part # TC2533 have been confirmed as a fit for your 2014 Chevy Tahoe and would be a great option for you. These chains offer great traction, and easy install, and are at a price that's great.
If at all possible we recommend installing chains on all 4 tires of a vehicle. This will give you the best possible traction for braking, acceleration, and turning. But if you decide you only want to go with one set you would need to install them on the main drive axle for the vehicle. So for your vehicle the rear axle.
You will need to check with Chevy about installing chains on your vehicle since you are using a different tire size than what came stock on the truck.
I attached an install video for these chains for you to check out as well.
