Is there an offset ball that can be swapped out of the original centered one?

There is a gooseneck plate that has an offset depending on which way you mount it to the rails in the truck.

You will want the Curt item # 16055.

I also recommend safety chain loops # C16000 because many places do not allow the safety chain loops to attach to the hitch.
