Trailer Hitch that Sticks Out More on a 2002 Ford F-350 with a Deep Drop Bumper

Question:

Well i have a 2002 f350. I have a Ranch hand Legend rear bumper installed. The reciever I have does not go far enough under the step of the bumper to put a hook hitch on it because it is so far under. Is there another hitch i could put on to fix this problem. It just sits back too far.

For a trailer hitch that fits your 2002 Ford F-350 with the deep drop bumper Curt hitch # C15316 is the best option. It measures 11-1/4 from the rear-most attachment point on the truck to the face of the receiver. That should tell you if it will stick out further than the hitch you have. I included a picture and a link to the instructions to help locate the attachment point on the truck.
