Weight and Overall Height and Width for Replacement Base for B&W Companion 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch

Question:
Looking at upgrading my old 3000 model base to this model and have a question on the specs of this newer base only. 1 width and length of the assembled base to see if the newer base would interfere with my current in-bed toolboxes. 2 weight comparison vs the older 3000 model base only.

Replacement Base for B&W Companion 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch # BWRVB3500 weighs approximately 131 pounds. Its footprint (overall length and width) is 36 inches by 30-1/2 inches. The measurement from the center of the post where it mounts to the forward edge nearest the truck cab is 18-1/2 inches.
