Does this roller have a bushing mounted inside to make it easier to spin when mounted on a shaft? If yes, is the bushing made of plastic or metal?

The Yates Side Guide Roller for Boat Trailers # YR12243-5 does not have a bushing installed on the inside of the roller.
For basically the same roller that does have a plastic bushing on the inside of it you would want the part # YR12243-4P instead. The inner diameter of this roller is 1/2 inch instead of 5/8 like the part # YR12243-5.
