Parts Needed to Add 7-Way and 4-Way to 2023 Ford F-150

Question:

Good afternoon. I was reviewing your website hoping to find a wiring harness for my truck but Ive been unsuccessful. I own a 2023 F150 XL STX with factory 4 pin trailer wiring. I plan to use this truck to pull a camper in the near future and I looking to upgrade my truck to a 7 pin connection. Ive reviewed you website and available connectors but Ive confused myself because it seems none of the options directly state what I want or need Im hoping you can assist me in finding the right product. Im looking for a plug and play wiring harness that will provide both the factory 4 pin and add a 7 pin/blade connector. I will be installing the Ford OEM brake controller inside the cab of the truck as well, so if there is anything else wiring related I need to add please add that in the recommendation as well. Hey Zack, for your 2023 Ford F-150 what you'd need to add both a 4-way and a 7-way would be the part # HM40975. This would plug into the round connector at the rear of your truck and would give you both connectors you need.

If you don't have a round connector like what a 7-way needs to install let me know but the only way you'd be able to source that would be to get the intermediate wiring harness for the 7-way from a Ford dealer.

Hey Zack, did you find the part # HM40975 worked for upgrading your truck to a 7-pin connection? I'm curious because it could help others looking to do the same upgrade.
