Expert Reply:
Sealed, Miro-Flex, Thin Line, LED Trailer Marker/Clearance/ID Light, # 12855, requires a bracket to mount the light. The light itself can plug into the bracket and ground through the mounting hardware. One possible bracket is the Chrome Bracket and Single Wire Plug for Thin Line Trailer Clearance and Side Marker Lights, # A67CB.
If you are unable to ground the light through mounting hardware, you can use Two Wire Plug for Thin Line Series Trailer Clearance and Side Marker Lights, # A68P. This unit provides a receptacle for the plug on the light and a two wires that can be connected to trailer wiring and a ground point elsewhere on the trailer. You would use this in conjunction with bracket # A65B.
