Will B and W Patriot Fit Rails that a Pullrite Hitch Fit

Question:
I have a 2013 F250 4x4 I have a pullrite in right now, can I use the same rails just pull the pins and install the B and W ?

The B and W Patriot Hitches like part # BWRVK3200 are designed to fit industry standard fifth wheel rails. If the Pullrite hitch you had was designed to fit the industry standard rails then this hitch would fit the rails as well.
I attached a picture that shows the dimensions of the rails.
