Installation of Draw-Tite Front Mount Hitch # 65028 on 2004 Chevrolet Silverado 2500 w/o Tow Hooks

Question:
Hi, I am considering buying the Draw-Tite front mounted hitch Code: 65028 for a 2004 Silverado 2500 HD. I see that the installation instructions call for using the tow hooks in the mounting process as the weld nuts into which the mounting bolts are fitted. My truck has no tow hooks. Does mounting hardware include a way to attach the mounting bolts without a tow hook being present?

When it comes to installing the Draw-Tite Front Mount Trailer Hitch Receiver, # 65028, on 2004 Chevrolet Silverado 2500 HD without the tow hooks, you will just use different hardware, which is included. I have attached a snapshot of the instructions with this portion highlighted.
