I went to our warehouse and measured the Replacement Weld-On, Flat, Snap-Ring Swivel Plate for Bulldog Jacks, part # BDP2052000.

I have attached a photo of the plate with the dimensions noted. If these dimensions match the jack you have then it should work just fine. This plate welds to the side of a trailer tongue for installation and is designed for Bulldog snap-ring swivel jacks.
